What the same event costs elsewhere
Change the numbers to match your event.
Platform fees only, so every row is compared on the same basis: card processing is separate and the organiser pays it on all of these, including ours. Rates are the ones each platform publishes and were checked on 12 August 2026. Check them yourself before you decide; they change, and some are negotiated per event.
Where your money goes
You are the seller
You open your own Stripe account. Ticket money goes into it directly and Stripe pays it out to your bank on whatever schedule you choose. We are never holding it.
Refunds are yours to give
You decide your refund policy and you issue refunds from your own dashboard. The seat goes back on sale automatically.
We take our 15p at the sale
Our fee is deducted at the moment of purchase, so there is never an invoice to chase or a bill at the end of the month.
What you get for it
A ticket page with as many ticket types as you need, each with its own price and capacity.
Sign-ups to take part alongside admission tickets, so performers and competitors book in the same place.
QR tickets by email, and a page where anyone can find theirs again with just their email address.
Door scanning on any phone, which keeps working when the venue wifi does not.
No overselling, ever. Seats are held before the payment page opens.
